Certified Partner Program Overview

The Response Technologies Certified Partner Program is designed to foster a long term, mutually beneficial relationship that enables you to continue to add value to your existing base of customers, as well as create new opportunities in the market place.  At Response Technologies, we pride ourselves on continued development of the best solution in market paired with best in class service.  We are a customer centric organization who goes above and beyond the call to service.  Together, our mutual value will separate ourselves from the rest and make a difference in our communities where we live, learn, and heal. 

A Structured Partnership:

Response Technologies is proud to offer a simple, 3-tiered approach to our Certified Partner Program.  These include: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.  Each tier comes with continually increasing levels of value for increasing levels of commitments.  Upon entry into the program each partner will be slotted in at the silver level.  Partners can attain each incremental level of designation through continued demonstration of revenue growth, customer satisfaction, sales and service capabilities, competencies, and alignment.  Annual partnership evaluations will occur, along with quarterly business reviews, to ensure partners are achieving the best results possible.

Annual Partner rebate:

A key component of our Certified Partner Program includes a lucrative annual rebate based on revenue performance.  Upon enrollment, the certified partner will be eligible to receive a varying level of a cash back rebate, based upon annual sales volume. The rebate will be a certain percentage of the certified partner’s annual sales volume in a given year.

    By aligning on key priorities, Certified Partners and RTL can co-develop annual sales plan with mutual accountability to help drive sales and revenue for the partner.  This can include leveraging manufacturer resources and expertise with holistic partner strategies, specific key account strategies, marketing strategies, and opportunity strategies.
  • Capability to fully support, manage and install
    Through intensive training with RTL technicians, Platinum Level Partners can use this knowledge to offer full installation, product management and support services to their customers unlocking an additional revenue stream for their business.
